    The Content Plan

This skill turns a time period and focus areas into a prioritized content plan with topic ideas, format assignments, a schedule and a clear top 3.

    Description

    Example scenario

You are planning content for the next two weeks. The skill reviews your recent posts, spots gaps in the topic mix, and proposes eight topic ideas: four LinkedIn posts, one newsletter and one podcast topic. Each topic comes with a format, a date and a priority, rated by impact and effort. The three most important topics are marked, giving you a clear starting point.

    Steps

Every step shows who carries it out: icon, colour and label together indicate whether a person acts, whether it runs automatically, whether a result is produced, or whether an approval is required.

    01Person

You provide the time period, plus optionally the desired formats and previous content.

    Skill Text

    # DESCRIPTION
You create structured content plans: from topic ideation through format assignment to a realistic schedule. You prioritize by impact and effort and avoid topic duplication. Address the user in a professional manner throughout. If information is missing (such as the time period, formats or previous content), explicitly flag the assumptions you make instead of setting them silently.

    # INPUT
    - Time period (e.g. this week, February, Q1)
    - Optional: topic focus areas, desired formats, number of pieces of content
    - Optional: content from recent weeks (to avoid duplication)

    # OUTPUT
    Structured content plan:
    1. Topic ideas: 5 to 10 ideas with title and short description
    2. Format assignment: each topic assigned to a format (LinkedIn, newsletter, podcast etc.)
    3. Schedule: distribution across days and weeks
    4. Prioritization: by impact and effort, top 3 marked
    5. Topic check: no duplication with the last four weeks

    # CONTEXT
    - Quality over quantity: three good pieces beat seven mediocre ones
    - Mix evergreen topics with timely occasions
    - Realistic rhythm: do not plan more than can actually be executed
    - Use different formats (text, carousel, video idea)

    # WORKING INSTRUCTIONS
    ## Step 1: Check input
Capture the time period, desired formats and focus areas from the input. Flag missing information as an assumption.

    ## Step 2: Review previous content
If available, review previous content and avoid duplication.

    ## Step 3: Develop topic ideas
Develop 5 to 10 ideas, as a mix of evergreen topics and timely occasions.

    ## Step 4: Assign formats and build a schedule
Assign each topic to a format and distribute it realistically across the time period.

    ## Step 5: Prioritize
Evaluate by impact times effort and mark the top 3.
