Decathlon runs its own market research, directly at the point of sale. Analysing that data and preparing the reports tied up significant staff capacity. Voyage Digital turned the whole chain, from data preparation through calculation to report design, into an AI assistant.

Decathlon Germany's Consumer & Market Research team researched markets on an ad hoc basis, starting from scratch every time. Voyage Digital turned that into a three-stage Gem pipeline (Scopey, MIRA, Delya) with a strict citation and evidence regime: tested, signed off by the team, and in use.

Decathlon Germany's CRM communication ranges from single emails to automated tracks, across lifecycle, after-sales, and campaigns. Every single email in it is a small production of research, copy, and build. Voyage Digital built a dedicated engine for it, in which specialised agents work through this chain: audience, content, products, images, modules, copy, send-ready layout. The human sets the topic and gives release.

The Ad Engine closes the loop of paid advertising: it reads strategy, audiences, product range and live numbers, derives ads from them, produces the motifs via generative image models, builds the campaigns in the ad account, launches them, and reallocates budget to what performs. Then it starts again.

The Outreach Engine builds a target audience from the ground up: it finds contacts, enriches them from staged sources, classifies and segments them, builds the matching outreach per segment, secures deliverability, and sends. Responses flow back into the data pool, and commitments run into a connected booking and payment flow.

For the Consumer & Market Research team at Decathlon Germany, Voyage Digital designed and ran an AI workshop: from the team’s own time sinks through a hands-on exercise on a real market question to three to five prioritised use cases for launch. Voyage then stayed on as a point of contact day to day. The AI assistants the team works with today came out of this workshop.
