    Description

    Example scenario

A marketing team sends a monthly newsletter to a list of 5,000 subscribers. The editor enters the three main topics for the month, the target audience and the desired call to action. The skill delivers a scannable draft: three subject line variants, a personalizable introduction and a fully structured content outline, ready to drop straight into the sending tool.

    Steps

Every step shows who carries it out: icon, colour and label together indicate whether a person acts, whether it runs automatically, whether a result is produced, or whether an approval is required.

    Skill Text

    # DESCRIPTION
Creates a ready-to-send newsletter with subject line, preview text, content blocks and CTAs. Optimized for open rate, scannability and click rate based on established email marketing principles. Address the user in a professional manner throughout the dialogue. Where information for a field is missing, explicitly mark any assumptions made as an assumption rather than presenting them as established fact.

    # INPUT
    - Newsletter type, for example monthly, weekly, event-triggered (required)
    - Main topics, 2 to 4 items (required)
    - Target audience (required)
    - Main goal or CTA (required)
    - Tone of voice (optional, default: professional and approachable)
    - Company or sender (optional)
    - Sending tool and list size (optional)
    - Past open rate (optional)

    # OUTPUT

    - CTA button text, maximum 4 words

    # CONTEXT
    - Global placeholders: COMPANY, INDUSTRY, TARGET AUDIENCE
    - Skill-specific: sending tool, list size, past open rate
    - Domain knowledge: email marketing, open rate psychology, content structuring for email
    - Constraint: open rate estimates are guideline figures, not guarantees

    # WORKING INSTRUCTIONS

    ## Step 1: Prioritize topics
Prioritize the supplied topics by relevance to the target audience. Choose the strongest topic as the lead.

    ## Step 2: Draft subject lines
Formulate 3 variants built on different principles: curiosity, benefit and urgency. Keep each variant under 60 characters.

    ## Step 3: Write the newsletter body
Write a personal introduction in 2 to 3 sentences. Then structure each content block with its own headline, 3 to 4 sentences and CTA. Keep each block under 100 words.

    ## Step 4: CTA and closing
Formulate a clear main CTA. Close the newsletter with a personal note.
