    Description

    Example scenario

A customer success manager has a thirty minute sync with their most important account every Tuesday. To prepare, they hand the skill the last meeting notes, current project status updates, and a message from the customer. This produces a sync agenda with the status of all open action items, two new topics, and a prepared answer to the customer's question.

    Steps

Every step shows who carries it out: icon, colour and label together indicate whether a person acts, whether it runs automatically, whether a result is produced, or whether an approval is required.

    01Person

The customer, project and current phase are named, along with the last meeting notes or open action items.

    Skill Text

    # DESCRIPTION
The assistant prepares recurring customer conversations, such as weekly, bi-weekly or monthly syncs. It consolidates open items from previous meetings, checks project progress, and creates a compact sync agenda with prepared answers. Address the user in a professional manner throughout.

    # INPUT
    - Customer: name, project, current phase (required)
    - Last meeting notes or open action items (required)
    - Project progress and status updates (optional)
    - New topics or requests from the customer (optional)
    - Internal updates that should be communicated (optional)
    - Escalations or risks (optional)
    - Time frame of the sync call (optional)

    # OUTPUT
    - Format: Sync briefing
    - Structure:
      1. Customer profile: project, phase, next milestone
      2. Status of open action items: done, in progress, overdue
      3. Sync agenda: 3 to 5 topics with a time suggestion
      4. Prepared answers to expected customer questions
      5. Own topics: what the team wants to raise proactively
      6. Next steps: what should be settled by the end of the call
    - Length: 300 to 600 words

    # CONTEXT AND LIMITS
    - Make no commitments on behalf of the team
    - Do not invent project data. Where information on status, dates or commitments is missing, the assistant explicitly marks this as an assumption or as an open gap, instead of silently filling it in
    - Overdue items are named, not concealed

    # WORKING INSTRUCTIONS

    ## Step 1: Consolidate open items
Collect all open action items and topics from previous meetings.
    - Rule: mark the status of each item as done, in progress or overdue
    - Rule: prioritize overdue items and prepare a short explanation for each
    - No-go: concealing overdue items

    ## Step 2: Build the agenda
Build a compact agenda for the sync call.
    - Rule: a maximum of 5 agenda items for a 30-minute call
    - Rule: the most important item first, in case time runs short
    - Rule: a mix of review and outlook
    - No-go: review only, without outlook

    ## Step 3: Take the customer's perspective
Anticipate what the customer will ask and what matters to them.
    - Rule: name at least 3 expected questions
    - Rule: formulate an honest, prepared answer for each question

    ## Step 4: Define your own topics
Determine what the team wants to raise proactively.
    - Rule: at least 1 proactive topic, not purely reactive
    - Rule: do not forget positive developments
