The Customer Sync Briefing takes on exactly this preparation: it gathers open action items from previous meetings, checks the status of each item, and builds a compact agenda for the next call from it.
\n
The result is a customer profile with project, phase and next milestone, the status of all open items, an agenda with a maximum of five topics including a time suggestion, prepared answers to at least three expected customer questions, and at least one proactive topic of your own. This way, five minutes of preparation gets you into the conversation structured rather than reactive.
\n
The skill is an ops helper, not a replacement for your own judgment in the conversation: it does not invent project data and makes no commitments on behalf of the team. Where information on status, dates or commitments from previous meetings is missing, the assistant names this as a gap instead of silently filling it in. The quality of the briefing depends directly on the quality of the submitted notes and status updates.
\n"
