    A consulting team faces a classic conflict of objectives: the client wants to see fast, visible AI results and, at the same time, a lasting, strategic transformation, two requirements with an apparently opposite time horizon. The Contradiction Resolver questions the premise that fast and lasting exclude each other, and finds a synthesis: a quick-win program that delivers results from day one and is, at the same time, designed as a building block of the long-term strategy.
