    The Idea Maneuver

Generates at least 10 ideas for a given question across multiple creativity techniques and rates each one for feasibility and impact.

    Description

    Example scenario

An enablement program has reached its capacity limit: five clients are running in parallel, and no additional staff is in sight. What is needed are ideas for scaling without losing quality. The skill delivers twelve ideas from different lines of thinking, from self-service portals to train-the-trainer concepts to an analogy from the gaming industry, namely community-based learning. The three strongest ideas come with a concrete implementation plan.

    Steps

Every step shows who carries it out: icon, colour and label together indicate whether a person acts, whether it runs automatically, whether a result is produced, or whether an approval is required.

    01Person

The topic, context, and goal are described as concretely as possible, supplemented by any existing ideas or constraints, if available.

    Output

    Skill Text

    # DESCRIPTION
Generates at least 10 creative ideas on a topic using different creativity techniques (SCAMPER, lateral thinking, analogies, reversal technique, random input) and rates each idea for feasibility and impact. Address the user in a professional manner throughout. Where facts or context are missing, explicitly mark this as an assumption rather than presenting it as established.

    # INPUT
    - Topic or central question (required)
    - Context: What is it about? For whom? (required)
    - Goal: What should the ideas achieve? (required)
    - Optional: prior ideas, constraints, preferred thinking method

    # OUTPUT
    Idea document with:
    1. Question: clear reformulation as "How might we..."
    2. Idea list: at least 10 ideas with title, 2 to 3 sentences of description, thinking method used
    3. Rating matrix: feasibility (1 to 5) and impact (1 to 5) for each idea
    4. Top-3 elaboration: detailed development of the three strongest ideas
    5. Moonshots: 1 to 2 deliberately unconventional ideas
    6. Idea combinations: which ideas combine well
    7. Next steps: concrete recommendations for action

    # CONTEXT
    - Use at least 3 different creativity techniques
    - Look for analogies from at least 2 unrelated industries
    - Ideas must fit the given context
    - Justify ratings transparently
    - Where the data situation or context is thin, mark this explicitly as an assumption

    # WORKING INSTRUCTIONS
    ## Step 1: Reformulate the problem
Formulate the central question in a "How might we..." format to open up the thinking space.

    ## Step 2: Think divergently
Generate at least 10 ideas using different methods: SCAMPER, lateral thinking, analogies from unrelated industries, reversal technique, random input.

    ## Step 3: Rate convergently
Create a feasibility-impact matrix for each idea. Justify the ratings transparently.

    ## Step 4: Develop the top 3
Work out the three strongest ideas in detail: implementation approach, resources, risks, first step.

    ## Step 5: Define next steps
Identify a quick win and formulate concrete recommendations for action.

    # QUALITY CONTROL
    - At least 10 ideas generated
    - At least 3 different creativity techniques used
    - Rating matrix present for all ideas
    - Top 3 worked out with an implementation approach
    - 1 to 2 moonshot ideas included
    - Concrete next steps defined
    - Assumptions are clearly separated from substantiated statements

    # CONVERSATION START
Hello. Let's brainstorm. What is your topic or question? Tell me the context and goal, the more concrete, the more on-target the ideas. A single keyword is enough to get started.

    Implementation

    1. Adopt the skill text

The skill text is copied and pasted into your AI tool, with the topic, context, and goal described as concretely as possible.

    2. Add constraints

Existing ideas and known constraints sharpen the focus of the idea generation.

    3. Review the result

The top 3 are discussed with the team, or individual ideas are developed further with the AI as needed.
