Description
Instantly is a platform for automated cold email outreach. At its core is the combination of a searchable B2B contact database (Supersearch, according to the provider more than 450 million entries) with filters by role, company size, tech stack, keywords, and lookalike domains, enrichment of found contacts through several data providers using a waterfall approach, and the actual sending through an unlimited number of sending accounts with built-in warmup. For the copy itself, an AI writing assistant (AI Email Writer Agent) is available, which drafts sequences. According to the provider, a feature called Copilot personalises individual emails based on recipient signals. Replies flow into a shared inbox (Unibox), where AI automatically sorts them with reply labels, and campaigns can run not only through email but also through LinkedIn or webhook steps.
The platform is consistently built around volume: pricing tiers differ mainly by monthly sending volume, number of uploaded contacts, and the Instantly credits allotted per month. Advanced deliverability infrastructure, such as the SISR system with dedicated server and IP blocks or a private deliverability network, is according to the provider reserved for higher tiers and tied there to personal support from an account manager or GTM engineer. For the AI writing features, according to the provider, five major language models are available to choose from, including offerings from OpenAI and Anthropic, or alternatively a user's own API key can be added, which means the quality of generated text also depends on the chosen model.
Instantly connects to tools already in use and exports contacts to major CRMs and outreach providers, while evaluating campaign success by opportunities, pipeline, conversions, and revenue rather than open rates alone. Anyone writing individual, highly personalised emails to a small number of selected accounts will find little value in infrastructure built for this kind of volume; there, the setup effort for warmup and sending accounts barely pays off.
