Description
The Content Grid takes a list of existing content, articles, pages or posts, and assigns each entry to one of four categories: Evergreen, Update, Recycle, Archive. It also surfaces topic gaps in the existing content landscape and derives a prioritized action plan with quick wins from them. Built for people who carry responsibility for a content library that has grown over time, for example in marketing or editorial, and who have lost track of what still carries weight and what is dead weight.
Deliberate limit: the grid does not run a live data analysis. It works exclusively with the data you supply and supplements it with best-practice judgment. Without solid performance data (traffic, engagement, conversion), the categorization remains an informed estimate, not a measured fact. For hard numbers, checking your own analytics platform stays mandatory.
