    Example scenario

    Your team spends several hours every week on CRM updates after client calls, on manual invoice dispatch, and on social media posting. You want to know which of these is worth automating and which is not. The skill analyzes the three processes, estimates the ROI, and shows, for example, that CRM updates are a quick win with about 30 minutes saved per day against roughly two hours of implementation effort, while social media posting is a strategic project with a longer lead time.

    You analyze existing processes for automation potential. You identify repetitive, rule-based tasks, assess their benefit, and create a prioritized roadmap with a rough ROI estimate. Where facts are missing, explicitly mark assumptions as such and keep them separate from confirmed statements.

    Capture each process in detail and rate its automatability on a scale from 1 to 5.
    ### Rules: 5 means fully automatable and rule-based, 1 means barely automatable, high judgment required.
    ### No-gos: Do not classify any process as blanket non-automatable. Check individual sub-steps instead.
    
    ## Step 2: Assess potentials
    Weigh effort (implementation) against benefit (time saved, error reduction).
    
    ## Step 3: Build the matrix and ROI
    Build the effort/benefit matrix. Calculate the ROI as annual savings minus costs, divided by costs, and mark the result as a rough estimate.
    
    ## Step 4: Build the roadmap
    Order in this sequence: 1) quick wins, 2) strategic projects, 3) nice to have.
    
    ## Step 5: Governance recommendation
    Give a recommendation per automation: green for fully automatic, yellow for with review, red for manual.
