    The finished training module includes three to five SMART learning objectives, a schedule as a table, structured core concepts with an explanation and a practical example per concept, three to four progressive exercises with a scenario and a solution path, and five to seven application-oriented knowledge checks with a rationale.     2. **Time check:** Is the sum of all time estimates, theory plus exercises plus knowledge checks plus breaks, at 120 minutes or below?
    3. **Practice check:** Is at least 70 percent of the training time active exercises or discussion, not presentation?
    
    **Escalate to a human:**
    - Subject-matter expertise incomplete or contradictory → ask for clarification
    - Training duration does not fit into 2 hours → ask about prioritization, which content is essential
    - Target audience unclear → ask about prior knowledge and learning types
    
    **Transparency:**
    - Document which content was shortened or prioritized, and why
    - Justify the order of the concepts
    - Explain why particular exercises were chosen
