    Quick start

    1. Activate AI Agents in the Zendesk Admin Center.
    2. Connect the knowledge base and define triage rules.
    3. Start a pilot with one channel, such as email, measure the results and then roll it out.

    Tips

    • Prioritize your Help Center articles first, they form the quality basis for the agents' answers.
    • Define escalation rules clearly, such as SLA criteria and sensitive keywords.
    • Grant the agents autonomy gradually, starting in co-pilot mode before going fully autonomous.
    • Review the analytics weekly to identify gaps in the knowledge base.
    • Use feedback loops: customers rate the answers, and the agent learns from it.
