Description
Lindy is aimed at business users who want to deploy AI agents for tasks such as email handling, meeting attendance, lead qualification or customer support without writing code. Each agent, called a Lindy, is assembled from triggers, tasks and tools in a visual editor. Ready-made templates for common use cases such as email triage or meeting notes serve as a starting point that you then adapt.
Features include a phone agent with voice output, a meeting assistant that joins Zoom, Google Meet or Teams and takes notes, and a connection to more than three thousand integrations such as Slack, Gmail, HubSpot, Notion or Calendly. The platform supports multi-step dialogues in which an agent conducts longer customer conversations independently, and it retains context across recurring interactions with individual customers.
The quality of the results depends heavily on your own setup: according to the source, clear instructions on the agent's goal, tone and boundaries are key. For critical processes, it is advisable to start with human-in-the-loop approval before letting an agent run fully autonomously. This matches our view that automated systems have to be built and verified, not simply promised.
