The Workshop Playbook takes a topic, audience, duration and desired learning objectives and turns them into a playbook that is ready to use immediately, from the minute-by-minute timeline to the feedback form.
\n
It is built for enablement managers, people and culture teams, trainers and managers designing a workshop or internal training session, whether in person, remote or hybrid. Typical scenario: a two- to three-hour workshop on a specific topic for a defined group of participants needs to be structured and equipped with usable materials, without starting from a blank page.
\n
What it deliberately does not do: it does not run the workshop and does not replace experienced facilitation. It does not produce finished slides or graphics, only a handout draft as a text basis for them. It does not build in exercises that require special hardware or tools you have not mentioned. Before the actual session, it is worth doing a dry run where you mentally walk through the schedule once.
\n"
