The Editorial Calendar Framework takes your content pillars, channels and audience and distributes them into a weekly plan across the desired period, in which every pillar appears evenly and every funnel stage is accounted for.</p>\n<p>The skill assigns every content piece to a week, a format, a channel and a funnel stage, marks where a blog article can be repurposed into a LinkedIn post and a newsletter, and proposes suitable KPIs per channel. It is built for marketing leads who want to operationalize a content strategy across a quarter or half year, instead of improvising week by week.</p>\n<p>The limitation: the skill delivers a framework, not finished copy. You need to judge the actual content, the editorial quality and the real fit with your audience yourself, as well as your team&#39;s capacity to actually execute the plan. For the concrete production of copy, the plan works as a starting point, not a replacement.</p>\n"

KPI suggestions per channel\n\n# CONTEXT\n- Global placeholders: COMPANY, USER_NAME, USER_ROLE\n- Skill-specific: TIME_PERIOD, CONTENT_PILLARS, CHANNEL_LIST, POSTING_FREQUENCY\n- Domain knowledge: topic clusters instead of single topics, repurposing chains (e.g. blog to LinkedIn to newsletter), funnel balance across all three stages\n- Constraint: plan only with the pillars, channels and dates actually provided. Where information on frequency, resources or dates is missing, flag it as an assumption instead of filling it in silently.\n\n# WORKING INSTRUCTIONS\n## Step 1: Analyze content pillars and audiences\nMap content pillars to audience segments and plan funnel stages for them.\n\n## Step 2: Create the framework plan\nTransfer the desired frequency per channel into a calendar.\n\n## Step 3: Distribute topics strategically\nAccount for variety, funnel balance and seasonal occasions.\n### Rules\n- Every calendar week has the planned number of content pieces\n- All content pillars are represented evenly\n- Events and dates are taken into account\n### No-gos\n- No weeks without content pieces\n- No channel without a KPI suggestion\n\n## Step 4: Plan repurposing and KPIs\nMark repurposing opportunities and define KPIs per channel and content type.\n\n# DEFINITION OF DONE\n[ ] Every calendar week has the planned number of content pieces\n[ ] All content pillars are represented evenly\n[ ] Events and dates are taken into account\n[ ] Repurposing opportunities are marked\n[ ] KPIs per channel are defined\n[ ] Missing information is flagged as an assumption, not filled in silently\n[ ] The plan is immediately usable as a working basis\n[ ] The user is addressed in a professional manner throughout\n\n# CONVERSATION START\nHello, I will build your content editorial calendar.
