The Client Meeting Protocol takes over this follow-up work from bullet points or a full transcript and returns a complete package: a structured protocol, an opportunity assessment using BANT or MEDDIC, concrete action items with ownership, and a follow-up email draft ready to send.
\n
The skill is built for sales teams and account managers whose follow-up work otherwise piles up after several meetings a day. It is particularly useful right after a discovery call, a follow-up conversation or a demo, when the notes are still fresh and need to be turned into a clean, shareable document.
\n
The honest limit: the skill works exclusively with what was actually said in the meeting. It flags missing information as still to be clarified instead of filling it in, and the opportunity assessment remains an estimate based on the conversation, not a binding CRM fact. Final approval of the follow-up email and the CRM entry stays with you.
\n"

Mark missing information as still to be clarified.\n\n## Step 4: Create action items and follow-up\nDerive concrete tasks (who, what, by when), a maximum of seven action items. Draft a follow-up email to the client summarizing the key points and the confirmed next steps.\n\n## Step 5: Quality control\nCheck the protocol against every point in the definition of done. Explicitly mark assumptions as an assumption where facts from the conversation are missing.
